The SEPTEMBER meeting was interesting.  All four of us sat inside Starbucks and studied the list of people who weren’t there.  Since you don’t communicate on any of the three (3) websites that are set up (Danny’s, Kat’s and Dale’s), what are we to assume?  Ruth, Dale, Roberta, and Katrenna had a rousing discussion of which books we were reading, and what our plans were for the opening of Universal’s Wizarding World in spring of 2010.  Nebulous.

Stell and Ruth have registered for the Infinitus 2010 convention in July at Orlando and will be happy to share our hotel room with whomever.  Since the convention will be held inside the Royal Pacific Hotel, it might work out best to browse the park either the day before or the day after the convention because the symposium is a jam-packed learning experience for true Harry Potter fans, very structured and professional but loads of fun.

Well folks, We will be collecting pictures from the event that we had yesterday and will be adding them to our gallery. We would like to thank the owner of the Sunrise Cinema for helping us make the event something spectacular. All the news crews that were there were really friendly and everyone had fun which is the main goal. If you have pictures or video of the event please do share with us.

Thanks also go out to Estelle and Bridgett for taking care of all the arrangements from the movies to the dinner that we had at Quarterdeck afterwards. Very good job and hopefully we will have more of these types of events to enjoy ourselves with.

Please note (will be added to the calendar), we will be meeting up again on August 17th at our Starbucks location. Please arrive around 7:00pm.

Again thank you all for making this a very special night and we hope you all come again.

Had a very nice night this past Saturday.  I enjoyed the movie (not so much the screaming) and had fun at TGIF.  All in all it was a fun time.  Hope to see you all on the 27th. of Dec.
